Hi beautiful soul, my name is Kathryn and I'm the founder of Your Holistic Healer. I'm an intuitive Holistic Kinesiologist, ThetaHealer, Life Coach and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner.

But most importantly I'm a highly sensitive empath! So I know exactly how it feels to be an emotional sponge, to struggle to fit in, and be confused about who you are.

It's exactly why I created this healing guide! Because I was sick of feeling lost and unsure, and I was sick of trying to be what everyone else wanted me to be. The tools in this guide helped me to take my emotions and healing into my own hands, helping me to feel empowered and STRONG.
